I am a former banking and investments management professional with 5 years of corporate experience.</p><p> </p><p>In my perspective, education is something deeper than a mere memorization process. Education is something essential in people’s lives. Other than being a human right, it’s a crucially important stage where we gain both theoretical knowledge and develop our emotional intelligence.</p><p> </p><p>For this reason, I believe that true satisfaction, in the professional field, lies in awakening people’s curiosity, creativity, willingness to learn and relate to others.</p><p> </p><p>It is essential to develop their emotional skills and give them the importance they have.
