<p>Along with my previous role as an International Recruitment Manager for an Edtech company in Canada, and project consultancies with ADP and SC Johnson, I was able to discover ways to fully improve and utilize my skills in analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication skills- all of which are required in my field</p><p>I also have experience of working with other people to complete projects, I have experience of working under pressure completing tasks on time and I have experience in collaborations with partners and developing (and delivering) presentations. No matter what I’m working on, I’m very invested. I identify anyone I can learn from, as well as challenges that I look into handling and try to optimize every step of the process.</p><p>In my personal life, before COVID, I enjoyed travelling and made it a point to it at least once a year. With the new normal, I spend a lot of time watching movies or TV series, investing on trainings available in my field, and now being in Italy, I explore the city, meet new people, and invest my time on learning the language via immersion or through online learning platforms.</p>
