<p>My name is Claudia Santoliva, I am 28 years old and I am from Quito-Ecuador. Psychologist graduated from EAFIT University in Medellin-Colombia, experienced in Human Resources, Recruiting, Staff Selection Process, Preparation for job interviews, and Teaching. I have prepared students for taking international exams in multiple languages: DELE (Spanish), Sprachdiplom (German), IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, and CAMBRIDGE (English). I know Spanish, English, German, Russian, and a bit of French. I know these languages because my education at school and at the university has been multilingual. Besides, I have lived in Germany for three months, which has helped me improve these languages. I have lived in Russia for the last 3 years, doing my Master&#x27;s Program (I was granted a Russian Government Scholarship). Furthermore, I was granted a Russian Government Scholarship for the Doctoral Program in Sociology at the Higher School of Economics (Высшая школа экономики). I like to use different teaching methods, for example, theoretical explanations, brainstorming, games, quests, speaking clubs, readings, discussions, role-plays, film analysis, and the development of projects or texts. I like to keep polite, but also dynamic atmosphere with my students, evaluating carefully and proving their progress with the contents studied.</p>
