<p>Hi there! I'm Kharisma, an experienced English tutor from Indonesia and currently pursuing my career as an online English tutor at JustSchool Ukraine. And a Master's degree student at Ankara Sosyal Bilimler Üniversitesi in Turkey, majoring in Peace and Conflict Studies. <br/><br/>Growing positive mindset is a lifetime essential aspect that we need to embrace with. I love to sorround myself with people from different nationalities and backgrounds. Therefore, we can try to learn how diverse people are and we can tream them equally and respectfully. I can easily have good communication and adapt with people and with my students. Although all the classes are conducting through online, but my primary teaching method is to use approachment, giving useful questions to the students, so that I can assist them to actively practicing verbally in the lesson, as well as sharpening their critical thinking and knowledge through their opinions.<br/><br/> So far, i teach many students from different countries and variousof ages start from 4 years old until 43 years old.
