<p>I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Major in Transportation and Logistics. I have earned a reputation for exceeding sales goals which has included among many other activities, traveling to Santiago de Chile for the primary purpose of developing highly valuable and symbiotic client relationships. <br/><br/>I have worked at Compañía Sudamericana de Vapores (CSAV), a Chilean shipping company that is the largest company of its type in Latin America and one of the oldest, having been founded in 1872.The company is currently ranked twentieth largest in the world. My role included among other things creating new processes and systems for increasing customer service satisfaction. <br/><br/>I currently work at Hapag-Lloyd, one of the largest container shipping lines in the world. My principal activities include processing merchandise returns and exchanges, as well as generating leads for new sales through telephone and email contact with customers. I also assist with special orders in person and over the phone to generate additional revenue.<br/><br/>I also have experience as English Teacher in Media Risk.</p>
