<p>I am a mom, wife, writer, and health coach. I live in the United States in Columbia, MD. I enjoy nature, cooking, working out, reading, wriitng, watching movies, traveling, and all things holistic such as essential oils. I have a B.S. in Chemistry from Virginia Commonwelath University, a M.S. in Analytical Chemistry from American University, and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. I enjoy teaching others ways to be healthier and more positive about their lifestyle. As you can see, I have a very diverse background and I love it!</p>
