<p><span style="font-weight:bold">Hello</span>! </p><p> </p><p>My name is Alex, and I am a composer, teacher, and pianist living in San Francisco, California! </p><p> </p><p>I have been a musician my whole life, and especially enjoy classical, pop, and broadway genres especially from the 20th century.</p><p> </p><p>I&#x27;ve been teaching for 10 years, and my students enjoy a lesson format that balances traditional conservatory style with free exploration of different genres and ways of making music. I like to keep all of my lessons fun and quick paced, so it feels more like an engaging leisure activity rather than a &quot;classroom.&quot;</p><p> </p><p>I love to compose for ensembles like orchestra or piano and winds, and my dream in life is to create a made-for-screen opera/musical and to see my music performed around the world.</p>
