<p>Hi! My name is Ernie and I am a Human Resources Management and Practices Graduate from Zimbabwe but currently staying in South Africa. After some considerations I have come to the realization that the direction I want to go in is teaching. I have completed a TEFL course. I have honed my skills in communication, problem solving, active listing and adaptability. I am seeking experience in online teaching.
