<p>Through my time at university and in my current employment, I have developed excellent organisational, and administration skills. I have experience in dealing with issues on a day-to-day basis, and believe that I have very strong communication skills. I work very well under pressure and can function as part of a successful team or on my own initiative. I am also a strong but fair team leader but am always happy to listen to constructive criticism from my peers. I consider myself as a great team worker. As I have been a teacher for over 16 years, I have developed excellent quick thinker as well as problem solving skills. Moreover, working with different learning skills, I can easily evaluate the situation with a very clear point of view.</p>
