<p>Over the past 4 years, I have had the wonderful opportunity to teach a diverse group of students having different curricula (both Lebanese and American), and as a result, I have developed highly effective teaching techniques and instructional methods, which have allowed me to educate all styles of learners, and foster a fun, engaging and a positive learning environment, flexible to all kinds of curricula.</p><p>One of my greatest strength as an educator is meeting each student&#x27;s unique needs by developing a personal understanding of each one of them. I am able to achieve this by seeing and assessing my students as individuals and tailoring lesson plans to accommodate multiple intelligences. Furthermore, I ensure that all my students are able to grasp learning concepts and enhance their personal skills by providing learning centers, hands-on manipulative and fun activities. I utilize these strategies to introduce new concepts, establish a connection between the classroom and everyday life, and to foster and engaging learning atmosphere.</p>
