<p>My name is Dr Aditi Chaudhary and I’m looking forward to working with you. I hold a MSc in Microbiology and a PhD in Food Microbiology. My areas of expertise are probiotic lactic acid bacteria and probiotic food production. I have isolated anti-cancerous compound from lactic acid bacteria and have patents for novel probiotic food formulations.</p><p>I am a passionate learner, and a curious researcher. I have 10 years of teaching and research experience at the IIT, New Delhi, India. I had been teaching and training graduate and post graduate students specifically to develop their knowledge, skills and attitude.</p><p>I love to interact with people and teaching has always been a passion to me. Learning is really very interesting and enlightening with meeting students from various parts of the world with diverse cultures. </p><p> </p>
