<p>Hi, I&#x27;m Dawn. I have been an Exceptional Education teacher for 4+ years. Mostly working in the school system. I am a &quot;career-changer&quot;, I spent 27 years in the medical field.</p><p> </p><p>People have described me as an energetic, positive, and friendly person. I am confident and competent. I am a hard-working professional who has been consistently praised as an adaptable, critical thinker by my co-workers and management.</p><p> </p><p>I am a strong believer of differentiated instruction. My approach is that of an active learning style, where both the teacher and the student are engaged in the teaching style and learning process which helps the student gain knowledge, and information modeled to be useful </p><p> </p><p>Over the course of my teaching career, I’ve developed a skill set that includes special-needs instruction, instructional techniques, and lifelong learning.
