<p>The Lean Manufacturing Course will cover the below topics:</p><p>- Basic Concepts of Lean Manufacturing and the Lean Tools;</p><p>- Mass Customization;</p><p>- Statistical Process Control;</p><p>- Value Stream Mapping;</p><p>- Postponement and Logistic Strategies;</p><p>- Control Tower and Lean Manufacturing Performance.</p><p>This course was developed during my Master Degree and work experience in the aerospace industry for procurement, supply chain and manufacture professionals to update their knowledge of current lean manufacturing technologies, prepare companies for the implementation of the most recent lean manufacturing systems and implement strategies to transform production environment into higher performance levels. </p><p>Will be based on updated systems and practices applied by automotive and aerospace industries, but later updated with big four consultant companies from Germany and reference companies in chemical, electronic and automotive industries.</p><p> </p>
