<p>Hi my name is Karl Martin and I am here today to invite into my classroom where i will be teaching my students about why Fitness is so important in our day to day lives.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>We will be diving straight into the importance of implementing fitness on a daily beacause its crucial that we as humans exercise at least 45-60 daily so that we can prevent ourselves from getting high blood pressure which is known as the silent killer.</p><p> </p><p>Exercise can also help with reducing high cholestrol as well diabetes. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>In this course will tech the students why we also use Nutrition as one of the key factors when it comes healthier YOU.</p><p> </p><p>Different exercises and techniques and how we can use these different techniques to keep us injury free as well prevent us potentially tearing a muscle that could potentially put us out from engaging from any sort of exercise regimen.</p>
